Given the new facts with regard to available dates next summer, we have put together another survey that will help determine when the best time is for hopefully (but not likely) all.
We are asking for your name or family name in this survey. This will allow us to contact people directly to see if there is any wiggle room for dates anywhere. Please only respond once per household. The survey will be open until Saturday, August 1.

ReplyDeleteThis is a hard job, and it's helpful to have it all compiled. I appreciate when people sign their comments so we can all see who they are from. It's usually obvious, but not always.
It looks like we're zeroing on a time when the most people can come, but it's sure hard to pick a time knowing that some people can't make it. We remain flexible (Chad and I).
I'm looking forward to hearing the options concerning where it will be!
